2 and 3-star hotels in the New City – newly built private hotels. The rooms and apartments are equipped with a refrigerator and a TV.

2. Family Houses
The guests are offered a storey of a house (or a detached part of a house), including from one to three double rooms, a living room, a kitchenette, a refrigerator and a TV. Most rooms have terraces, whereas part of them with a sea view. Most houses have cosy backyards. An option suitable especially for groups and families with children.

3. Apartments
Another form of accommodation, including one to three double rooms, a living room, a kitchenette, a refrigerator and a TV. A vacation option suitable also for small groups and families with children.

4. Private Lodgings
In the summer season many house owners in Nessebar rent out let out rooms* for the tourists with the level of comfort and furniture, corresponding to a 2-3-star hotel. There are two types of rooms:
- hotel type (a room equipped with a bathroom/toilet)
- standard type (from 2 to 3 rooms per floor use the same bathroom/toilet)
